		<description>Good stuff. Our church is actually changing small group to make them discipleship groups. Seems like this has been missing in churches since so many just focus on rear ends in the seat and not making follwers of Christ. Just finished reading The Masterplan of Evangelism and that was a good place to start. Looking at Jesus&#039; style of discipleship seems like a good blue print to me!</description>
